Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; associates degree/technical training preferred.
• Two years minimum on heavy equipment with hydraulic, engine, and power-train experience.
• Ability to read schematics, troubleshoot, and assemble/disassemble components.
• Must communicate effectively in English and lead or mentor others when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee rental workload in the Cat Rental Store.
• Schedule work with Rental Coordinators and Foreman; coordinate repairs with Service.
• Perform repairs, diagnostics, and field or shop work; may include overtime.
• Promote safety and maintain clean, safe work areas.
