Wabtec Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales Leader for Mining Aftermarket Parts to drive quarterly bookings, maintain pricing, and forecast future orders. You will respond to inquiries from OEMs, distributors, and regional teams, while coordinating with Fulfillment, Engineering, and Services.

Strong Excel and ERP skills are essential to success. The role emphasizes accuracy, urgency, and the ability to influence stakeholders globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, operations, engineering, or related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong sense of urgency.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Proficient in Oracle or other ERP System.
• Knowledgeable about topics such as pricing, on-time delivery, customer service, and gross margin.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate timely and complete quote responses to OEM Customers, Third Party Distributors, and Regional Sales Team Members.
• Execute quarterly and annual price changes within ERP and communicate changes to customers.
• Complete new part set-up and pricing, reactivating and resetting pricing while maintaining SOX compliance.
• Track sales performance from assigned accounts and regions.
• Generate weekly tracking metrics to report status towards targets.
• Perform monthly and quarterly forecasting and planning activities.
• Administer customer rebate programs and ensure compliance with Support Package and LTA requirements.
• Respond to customer inquiries, identify replacements, validate pricing, coordinate with Fulfillment/Engineering/Services, and escalate issues as needed.
• Partner with IT to implement Power BI solutions for reporting.
