Job summary

Wabtec seeks an Inside Sales Leader for Mining Aftermarket Parts to drive quarterly bookings, maintain pricing compliance, and forecast orders. You will handle fast responses to OEMs, distributors, and regional teams while managing price changes in ERP and supporting SOX controls.

Strong Excel and ERP skills are essential in a globally connected role. You will coordinate with Fulfillment, Engineering, and Services, lead price reviews, and contribute to data-driven reporting using Power BI.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Oracle or other ERP systems.
• Knowledge of pricing, on-time delivery, customer service and gross margin.

Responsibilities

• Respond to OEM customers, independent distributors, and regional sales inquiries with timely, accurate quotes.
• Execute quarterly and annual price changes within ERP and communicate changes to customers.
• Set up new parts pricing and reactivate pricing for inactive parts while ensuring SOX compliance.
• Track sales performance for assigned accounts and regions.
• Generate weekly metrics to monitor progress toward monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Forecast and plan monthly and quarterly demand; manage customer rebates and LTAs as required.
• Collaborate with IT to implement Power BI solutions to reduce manual workload and improve reporting.
