Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, operations, engineering, or related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong sense of urgency.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Proficient in Oracle or other ERP System.
• Knowledgeable about topics such as pricing, on-time delivery, customer service, and gross margin.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate timely and complete quote responses to OEMs, third party distributors, and regional teams.
• Execute quarterly and annual price changes within ERP and communicate changes to customers.
• Complete new part set-up and pricing; reactivate pricing for inactive parts; maintain SOX compliance.
• Track sales performance from assigned accounts and regions.
• Generate weekly tracking metrics toward monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Forecasting and planning activities on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Administer customer rebate programs and ensure LTA compliance.
• Respond to inquiries, identify replacements, validate pricing, coordinate with Fulfillment, Engineering, and Services.
• Partner with IT to implement Power BI solutions to reduce manual work and improve reporting.
• Manage tracking of orders and discount programs for global accounts and long-term agreements.
• Lead demand collaboration with key customers at global/regional levels.
• Lead or support process improvements and analytics tools across Mining business.
