In this role, you will lead workload activities and collaborate with site supervisors to plan and analyze maintenance tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in field maintenance within the mining industry, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of maintenance planning concepts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with six years of experience in field maintenance in mining/manufacturing.
• Associates in a technical field and four years related experience in field maintenance.
• Understanding of concepts and workflow of Maintenance Planning/Scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead workload activities by planning and analyzing maintenance activities.
• Manage information systems to achieve scheduling objectives.
• Collaborate in planning major production shutdowns.
