The role emphasizes collaboration with Global Supply Chain and site management, with a strong focus on reliability and process standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher may be required for some roles with related experience.
• High School diploma or GED with six years of field maintenance or six years of planning experience.
• Associates or higher with four years related experience in field maintenance or industrial operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead workload activities by planning, scheduling, measuring, and analyzing maintenance in collaboration with site supervisors.
• Manage and maintain information systems to achieve planning objectives.
• Establish and monitor planned schedules for activities and conduct planning meetings with stakeholders.
• Execute runtime forecasting and generate related outcomes for the assigned area.
• Provide guidance to Planner I personnel and mentor team members.
