Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, with five years of related supervisory or lead operational experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a mining-related field with at least one internship, including supervisory or lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and control the safe and efficient operation of an assigned work unit.
• Implement production plans and supervise staff, review work, and manage time, materials, and equipment reports.
• Train staff in safety procedures, maintain safety data sheets, and oversee inventories and purchases.
