Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in a full-service restaurant; fine dining or luxury resort experience preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems and related technology.
• Strong knowledge of coffee, beer, wine, and premium liquor service.
• Physical stamina to lift and carry moderate weight and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary service with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, pricing, and responsible wine/beverage recommendations.
• Prepare and reset tables, assist with openings/closes, and support banquet functions.
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards and Miraval procedures.
