Job summary

Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa is seeking a part-time AM Restaurant Server to deliver mindful, high-touch service in a serene dining environment in Tucson, AZ. You will guide guests through their culinary journey with knowledge of our curated menu and beverages, while maintaining exceptional hospitality and attention to detail.

Two years’ experience in full-service settings is preferred; proficiency with POS systems and wine/liquor service is desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a full-service restaurant; luxury resort experience preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems and related technology.
• Strong communication and guest relation skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light loads.
• Knowledge of coffee, beer, wine, and premium liquor service.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, mindful service to guests in a luxury resort setting.
• Maintain health and sanitation standards.
• Describe menu, wine, and beverage options with enthusiasm.
• Quell guest needs quickly with grace.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and floor coverage.
• Attend daily pre-shift meetings and share guest feedback.
• Support other Food & Beverage operations when needed.
