Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa is seeking an AM Restaurant Server to deliver a serene, mindful dining experience in a full-time role in Tucson, AZ. You will guide guests through their culinary journey with attentiveness, knowledge of our offerings, and a calm presence.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in fine dining or luxury resort service, strong POS skills, and expertise in coffee, beer, wine, and premium liquors. Benefits include resort access and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a full-service restaurant; fine dining or luxury resort experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and related technology
• Strong knowledge of coffee, beer, wine, and premium liquor service, with the ability to make thoughtful recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Communicate with clarity, warmth, and professionalism with guests and colleagues.
• Foster a collaborative and uplifting team environment with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
