At Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa, our Restaurant Servers deliver a serene, enriching dining experience that reflects our commitment to mindfulness, wellness, and authentic hospitality. This part-time role guides guests through their culinary journey with grace, attentiveness, and in-depth knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings, while upholding health and service standards.

You will work closely with a collaborative team and participate in daily pre-shift meetings to align with team goals

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a full-service restaurant; luxury resort experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and related technology.
• Strong knowledge of coffee, beer, wine, and premium liquor service.
• Refined verbal communication skills; ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Physical stamina to stand and lift as needed during service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service within designated time frames with a calm and attentive presence.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables within assigned section.
• Attend daily pre-shift meetings and align with team goals
• Share guest feedback with leadership to support continuous improvement
• Demonstrate adaptability by supporting various Food & Beverage operations as needed
