Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa in Tucson seeks an AM Restaurant Server to deliver calm, attentive service in a wellness-focused dining environment. You will guide guests through menu offerings, maintain service standards, and collaborate with the team during pre-shift meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a full-service restaurant; luxury resort or fine dining experience preferred.
• Strong service orientation with clear, warm communication and attentiveness.
• Knowledge of coffee, beer, wine, and premium liquor service recommended.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a serene, attentive dining experience for guests.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Communicate clearly and warmly with guests and colleagues.
• Stay knowledgeable about menu offerings and pricing.
• Assist in opening, closing, and side duties with consistency.
• Support other F&B operations including banquet functions as needed.
• Attend daily pre-shift meetings and share guest feedback with leadership.
