Job summary

Miraval Arizona Resort & Spa is seeking a part-time Restaurant Server who will guide guests through a mindful dining journey with grace and attentiveness. You will be responsible for delivering knowledgeable service in our serene setting, with a focus on wellness and exceptional hospitality.

Minimum two years in a full-service restaurant is preferred; POS proficiency, beverage knowledge, and a warm, professional demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a full-service restaurant; fine dining or luxury resort experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and related technology.
• Excellent verbal communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service with grace and attentiveness to create a serene dining experience.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and provide engaging descriptions to guests.
• Ensure timely service and maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables in assigned section.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and share guest feedback with leadership for continuous improvement.
