Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Full-time Restaurant Server to deliver a serene, attentive dining experience with in-depth knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of restaurant experience, excellent communication, and proficiency with POS systems, supporting a mindful, hospitality-driven environment at Miraval.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a full-service restaurant, fine dining or luxury resort setting.
• Excellent communication skills with guests and colleagues.
• Proficiency with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and related technology.
• Knowledge of coffee, beer, wine, and premium liquor service.
• Strong guest-focused service mindset and attentiveness.
• Physical stamina to stand and lift as needed during service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a serene, engaging dining experience reflecting mindfulness and hospitality.
• Guide guests through the culinary journey with attentiveness and detailed knowledge of offerings.
• Maintain service standards and sanitation per Miraval Training Manual.
• Communicate clearly and warmly with guests and team members.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to support service and banquet functions.
• Attend daily pre-shift meetings to align with team goals.
