Job summary

Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa seeks a Restaurant Server to deliver a serene dining experience aligned with our mindfulness and wellness philosophy. You will guide guests through the culinary journey with attentiveness, knowledge of menu offerings, and genuine care, ensuring a calm and memorable visit.

Role requires at least two years in a full-service setting; luxury resort experience is preferred, with strong guest communication, wine/spirits knowledge, and POS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a full-service restaurant; luxury resort experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills and warmth with guests.
• Proficiency with POS systems and related technology.
• Knowledge of coffee, beer, wine, and premium liquor service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a serene and enriching dining experience reflecting mindfulness and hospitality.
• Guide guests through culinary journey with attentiveness and knowledge of offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables within assigned section.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and communicate guest feedback to leadership.
• Support other Food and Beverage operations as needed.
