Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a full-service restaurant; luxury resort experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
• Knowledge of coffee, beer, wine, and premium liquor service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Communicate with guests and colleagues with warmth and professionalism.
• Maintain tables within assigned section with cleanliness and presentation.
• Attend daily pre-shift meetings to align with service goals.
• Deliver timely service while maintaining a calm, attentive presence.
• Assist guests with genuine care and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued.
