Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a full-service restaurant; fine dining or luxury resort experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and related technology
• Strong working knowledge of coffee, beer, wine, and premium liquor service, with the ability to make thoughtful recommendations

Responsibilities

• Deliver service within designated time frames while maintaining a calm, attentive presence.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables within assigned section.
• Attend daily pre-shift meetings to align with team goals and service expectations.
• Support various Food and Beverage operations including restaurant service and banquet functions
