Job summary

Amrize is seeking a qualified Millwright/Maintenance professional to support our North American facility. The role involves maintaining and repairing heavy industrial machinery, conveyors, pumps, motors, and related equipment both in shop and field environments.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of millwright experience, certifications in crane operation and welding, and a solid foundation in safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant millwright work experience.
• Safe working attitude with strong safety knowledge (lockout/tag out, confined space, fall protection).
• NCCCO Crane Certification (swing, lattice, tower crane).
• Stick and Flux‑Core welding process certifications (SMAW/FCAW).
• Hydraulic systems certification or formal hydraulic training.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install equipment such as conveyors, feed bins, and gearboxes.
• Perform motor and gearbox alignment and installation.
• Repair and maintain crushers, shafts, motors, pumps, and related components.
• Read blueprints and schematics to determine work procedures.
