Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external sales or 18 months Lowe’s if education not met)
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with help as needed
• Obtain sales-related licensure/registration if required by state (Lowe’s will support)

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by engaging customers and explaining product advantages
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, provide estimates, schedule installer visits, and track orders
• In Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales/services
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to restock
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation
• Support checkout and store communications
• Train associates on the sales floor and coach development needs
• Complete other duties as assigned
