Job summary

You’ll work to meet sales goals, handle orders and installations where needed, and help keep shelves stocked and pricing accurate. A strong customer focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer-facing sales experience or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience.
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience with goals or metrics.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic; stand/sit for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and explaining Lowe’s products.
• Serve as departmental contact for customers and vendors, provide estimates and schedule visits.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors to restock merchandise.
• Assist with pricing reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and train associates on the sales floor.
