Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Sales Specialist to be one of the first associates customers meet in store environments. You will help customers select products, discuss project needs, and guide them toward completing their home improvement goals.

You’ll become a product expert across departments, with opportunities to earn bonuses, access health and education benefits, a company 401(k) match, and a 10% associate discount. This is an in-store role supporting Lowe's customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing sales or Lowe's retail experience.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and explaining Lowe's products.
• Serve as a department contact for project estimates, orders and installations.
• Assist in pricing reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Train associates in the department and support checkout functions.
• Travel not required; occasional meetings or training at nearby stores.
