Job summary

Lowe's is looking for a Sales Specialist to greet customers, understand project needs, and guide them to the right products in a fast-paced home improvement environment.

You will become a product expert, explaining features, promotions, and financing options to close sales while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service and ensuring customer satisfaction across departments such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer-facing sales or Lowe's retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as a department contact for customers and vendors, handling estimates, installations, orders, and follow-up.
• Support checkout, store communications, and assist with in-store tasks.
• Train associates on the sales floor and coach development needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
