Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external sales or 18 months Lowe’s retail if education not met).
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service with sales goals or metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating advantages of Lowe's products.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within the department, providing project estimates, scheduling installer visits, processing and tracking orders, and following up on project completion.
