Qualifications

• GED or HS diploma preferred.
• 2 years of equipment operating experience required.
• Related work experience is required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Discuss plans with field manager and determine the best safe method to complete the day’s work.
• Operate one or more types of construction equipment safely and productively.
• Perform equipment maintenance such as cleaning, greasing and checking fluid levels.
• Operate equipment with safety of self and others as a priority.
• Communicate clearly with crew to achieve daily goals.
