Job summary

Allan Myers is a leading self-performing heavy civil construction and construction materials company with a network of offices and plants across the Mid-Atlantic. This role operates asphalt pavers, rollers, milling machines and other equipment to support milling and paving operations, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The position requires at least 2 years of equipment operation experience, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• GED / HS Diploma a plus.
• 2 yrs of equipment operating experience is a necessity.
• Related work experience is a necessity.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Operate construction equipment safely and productively.
• Discuss daily work plans with field manager and determine best methods.
• Perform equipment maintenance such as cleaning, greasing, and checking fluid levels.
• Collaborate with crew to achieve daily goals.
