Jobot is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for a mill/manufacturing setting with a permanent full-time role and a strong benefits package. The position offers responsibilities to lead a maintenance team, implement preventive maintenance, and ensure safe, reliable operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in maintenance within mills or manufacturing, with hands-on experience on complex machinery and knowledge of construction materials and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a maintenance role in mill/manufacturing/industrial.
• Proven experience maintaining complex mill machinery.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Leadership and team management experience with ability to motivate.
• Proficiency using maintenance management software.
• Awareness of safety regulations in construction industry.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder liaison skills.
• Relevant certification or degree preferred.
