Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Alabama is seeking aMaintenance Supervisor to lead a team responsible for safe, reliable manufacturing facility operations. You will plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for mill equipment, and coordinate technicians and contractors to minimize downtime.

You will partner with operations to improve equipment reliability, manage parts and inventory, and maintain accurate records while driving continuous improvement in maintenance practices and safety

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance and equipment systems.
• Proven leadership and ability to coordinate technical teams and contractors.
• Safety-focused mindset with demonstrated compliance experience.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills to minimize downtime.
