Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of financial counseling experience.
• U.S. citizenship and fluent English required; bilingual in English and Spanish if contract requires.
• Certifications: AFC, CFP, or ChFC.
• Must pass DoD/OCI disclosures and obtain Tier 2 clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal financial counseling and management services to service members and families.
• Assist in establishing spending plans for extended absences.
• Develop and distribute informational financial materials.
• Coordinate and conduct Personal Financial Management classes/workshops.
