• Associate degree plus 4 years of experience may be accepted.
• High school diploma plus 6 years of experience may be accepted.
• 3+ years of financial counseling experience.
• U.S. citizen and fluent English required.
• Spanish bilingualism may be required by contract.
• Ability to obtain a favorable Tier 2 background investigation.
• Must pass DoD OCI disclosures and have one of AFC/ CFP/ ChFC certifications.

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive personal financial counseling to service members and families at military installations.
• Deliver one-on-one sessions, briefings, and referrals as needed.
• Coordinate with POCs to ensure program scope and needs are met.
• Develop spending plans for extended absences and create educational materials.
• Conduct and publicize Personal Financial Management classes/workshops.
