Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven track records as a customer service champion.
• Ability to plan and adapt to change.
• Experience in process management and problem-solving.
• Prior military experience or affiliation highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of issues and needs confronting military-affiliated students and assist in addressing them.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of military-affiliated benefits.
• Provide extraordinary customer service.
• Coordinate and participate in Regent and military association events.
• Assist, advise and counsel prospective and current students on the application process and use of their benefits.
