Job summary

Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA seeks a dedicated professional to support military-affiliated students by understanding their needs and guiding them through the benefits and application processes. You will deliver exemplary customer service and help coordinate events with Regent and military partners.

Ideal candidates will have a track record in customer service, strong problem-solving skills, and comfort with planning changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven track records as a customer service champion.
• Ability to plan and adapt to change.
• Experience in process management and problem-solving.
• Prior military experience or affiliation highly preferred.

Salary:

$41,000- 46,000 annually

Essential duties:

• Develop a deep understanding of issues and needs confronting military-affiliated students and assist in the development of effective ways to address those issues and needs.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of military-affiliated benefits
• Provides extraordinary customer service
• Coordinates and participates in Regent and military association events.
• Assists, advises and counsels prospective and current students on the application process and use of their benefits.

• Superior experience with Microsoft Office software
• Prior military experience or affiliation highly preferred
