Job summary

Yoh is seeking a Migration Engineer in Fort Mill, SC. This hybrid role focuses on planning, designing, and executing large-scale email and data migrations, including migrating mailboxes to Exchange Online and moving data into a Box environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT, hands-on experience with Exchange Online migrations, Proofpoint, PowerShell, and migration tools like BitTitan MigrationWiz. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent IT experience.
3+ years of IT experience with focus on migrations and Exchange Online.
Experience with Proofpoint Email Protection and DNS concepts.
Experience with BitTitan MigrationWiz for mailbox migrations.

Responsibilities

Assist with migration of mailboxes from external sources into Exchange Online tenants.
Plan and execute migration activities with minimal user disruption.
Collaborate with engineers and partners to assess mailbox configurations.
Provide escalation support to end users during migrations.
Document migration procedures and learnings.
Support data migration into a Box environment and troubleshoot tools.
Explain technical steps in business terms to non-technical stakeholders.
