Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field.
• 3+ years of IT experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Exchange Online migrations.
• 3+ years of experience with Proofpoint Email Protection.
• Strong understanding of DKIM, SPF, DMARC, DNS and internet email systems.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Experience using BitTitan MigrationWiz for mailbox migrations to Exchange Online.
• Extensive experience configuring Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience supporting end-user clients across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on software/hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with Box migration tools.
• Strong analytical and methodical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with migration of mailboxes from external sources into Exchange Online tenants.
• Support planning and execution of migration activities with minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with engineers and partners to assess mailbox configurations and requirements.
• Provide escalation support to end users during migrations.
• Document migration procedures, configurations, and lessons learned.
• Assist Data Migration team moving data into a centralized Box environment.
• Support troubleshooting across migration tools, email platforms, and clients.
• Communicate migration steps and issues in business terms to non-technical stakeholders.
