Qualifications

• 2+ years of end-user support for Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams)
• 2+ years of Box administration and end-user troubleshooting
• 1–2 years of ServiceNow experience
• 1–2 years of OneDrive administration
• 1+ year of PowerShell scripting to automate tasks
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service and communication skills
• Experience with Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 account/licensing administration
• Experience with mailbox and access management
• Exposure to additional Microsoft 365 technologies
• Participation in on-call rotations

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 end-user support for Messaging and SaaS tools including Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and Box
• Support Microsoft 365 account and license administration
• Apply and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams policies
• Perform mailbox maintenance and access management
• Support and develop ServiceNow ticket automation
• Create/modify PowerShell scripts to automate recurring tasks
• Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex issues
• Participate in on-call support rotations
