Qualifications
- 8+ years in enterprise messaging or collaboration architecture.
- 4+ years hands-on experience with Exchange Online.
- Deep expertise in Exchange Server 2016/2019 (hybrid and coexistence).
- Experience with large-scale migrations (10k+ mailboxes preferred).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 identity integration and network dependencies.
Responsibilities
- Define architectural vision and target operating model for enterprise messaging.
- Lead Exchange Online architectures including hybrid and multi-geo deployments.
- Oversee migration planning and execution for large-scale migrations.
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance across messaging platforms.
- Educate teams on best practices and drive service excellence.
