Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Deployment Strategist to own end-to-end engagements from discovery to value realization. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, governance, and executive stakeholders to drive fast-paced migrations and platform modernizations in an AI-native delivery framework.

You will lead discovery workshops, map legacy processes to target patterns, and use AI tools to accelerate delivery while managing change readiness and post-migration handoffs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise delivery, TPM, engagement mgmt, or consulting for SaaS transitions.
• Proven track record owning enterprise engagement scopes with cross-functional teams.
• Strong governance, scope mgmt, business process analysis, and exec stakeholder mgmt.
• Experience orchestrating delivery with Professional Services, SIs, and external teams.
• Broad understanding of enterprise cloud platforms across Marketing, Revenue/CPQ, Analytics, or Data Cloud.
• Practical experience using AI productivity tools to accelerate analysis and documentation.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites as needed.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement success end-to-end across the full lifecycle from discovery to value realization.
• Establish governance, track milestones, manage scope, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Direct day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams, unblocking scope and dates.
• Serve as primary contact for VP and C-suite stakeholders with clear business outcomes.
• Lead steering reviews and help customers navigate organizational change.
• Lead discovery workshops and map requirements to standardized target patterns.
• Use AI tools to accelerate delivery workflows and generate assets.
