Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists to lead high-stakes customer migrations and platform modernizations. You will own end-to-end delivery, drive engagement strategy, and coordinate cross-functional pods to deliver rapid business value.

You will work with VP/C-suite stakeholders, guide governance, and leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery and execution while ensuring customer outcomes meet expectations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise customer delivery, TPM, engagement management, or management consulting for enterprise SaaS transitions.
• Proven track record owning enterprise engagement scopes and managing cross-functional delivery teams with milestone discipline.
• Strong background in program governance, scope management, business process analysis, and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement success end-to-end as the single point of accountability across the full lifecycle: Discovery → Migration Strategy → Execution Oversight → Value Realization & Handoff.
• Establish engagement governance, track critical-path milestones, manage scope, and proactively resolve delivery risks.
• Direct the day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams, including internal Migration Leads, Professional Services consultants, and SI Partners.
