• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required in lieu of degree.
• Five (5) years of experience with three (3) or more years in pharma/health/science industry preferred.
• Proven leadership and strong presentation skills; solid business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets and marketing objectives.
• Create pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to improve performance; handle objections and drive calls to action.
• Build trusted customer relationships and achieve win-win agreements with AbbVie customers.
