Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and meet or exceed targets across the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute a call plan to optimize coverage and frequency with key customers.
• Build strong relationships and solve customer needs to maximize brand performance.
• Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to in-field and brand teams.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with health providers.
• Lead by example and collaborate with district and matrix teams.
