AbbVie is seeking a field-based Sales role to execute brand strategy, manage territory and targeted accounts, and place the patient at the center of our efforts while adhering to AbbVie’s policies and regulations.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field and 5 years of experience, with 3+ in the pharmaceutical/health/science industry preferred. Strong relationship-building and strategic selling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required; health/science/pharmacy or business-related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience with 3+ years in pharmaceutical/health/science industry preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver sales performance and brand KPIs to meet or exceed objectives.
• Create pre-call plan objectives and post-call evaluations to improve performance.
• Proactively serve customer needs and build trusted relationships to maximize opportunities.
• Develop and execute a call plan to maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Share market intelligence with in-field and brand teams to align strategy and execution.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with health providers and maintain disease state experts.
