Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth in the Renewable Energy market across the North Central region, including the Midwest. You will forge strategic partnerships with project owners, contractors, integrators and EPC firms, influence product specifications, and empower field sales with technical expertise.

Ideal candidates bring a business, engineering, or communications background, experience in electrical or renewable markets, and the ability to travel

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Communications preferred.
• Experience in electrical or renewable markets preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Able to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and strengthen partnerships with owners, engineering firms and EPCs in the North Central region.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to align strategies and improve sales processes.
• Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasting sales projections, and manage expenses to optimize profitability.
• Represent Hubbell at major trade shows and conferences and support field sales with technical expertise.
