Job summary

Steelcase is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team across the Columbus, Cincinnati, and Pittsburgh markets. You will collaborate with dealer partners, Steelcase sales teams, and architectural and design communities to drive profitable growth in the Midwest.

The role requires 4+ years of sales or leadership experience, a bachelor's degree, and willingness to relocate to Ohio. Expect a hybrid work schedule with competitive wages and ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

4+ years of relevant sales or leadership experience.
Bachelor's degree required.
Located in or willing to relocate to Columbus, OH.
Experience selling through distribution.
Experience selling to Architect & Design community in a specification-driven role.

Responsibilities

Delivering regional revenue results through direct leadership of seven sales professionals.
Leading and motivating the team through shared vision, high empathy, and mutual accountability.
Coordinating and deploying additional Steelcase sales resources within the region.
Fostering leadership alignment and strong selling synergy with dealer partners.
Developing relationships and brand/product preference within Architecture & Design and Commercial Real Estate communities.
Creating and executing market strategies with emphasis on new business development.
