Job summary

GVS Filter Technology, a leader in PPE and safety solutions, is seeking a Safety – Territory Sales Manager for the Midwest. You will manage distributors and end users, provide training, initiate product launches and drive sales growth in your territory.

You will report to the Sales Director, uphold GVS values, build market share across abrasive blasting, manufacturing, health care, life sciences and metal industries, and deliver monthly forecasts and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college.
• 2+ years of PPE Sales experience.
• Customer-related experience in PPE industry (ideally respiratory protection).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals.
• Visit and develop business with distributors and end users.
• Provide forecast through CRM.
• Analyze market to determine customer needs, prices, and discounts.
• Represent the company at trade shows and associations to promote GVS solutions.
• Train distributors and end users on our solutions.
• Analyze and control expenses according to budget and policies.
• Provide monthly sales report.
• Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition.
• Present new product ideas for sales growth.
• Handle customer complaints and requests.
