Job summary

Stauffer Glove & Safety seeks an experienced Outside Sales Account Manager for the Midwest Regional Team, servicing Southern Indiana and Western Kentucky. You will drive sales in the Evansville, IN area, grow market share, and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements include 0–5 years in safety or industrial distribution sales, CRM experience, and a valid driver’s license. Travel up to 25% and a base salary plus commission structure are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School degree or GED.
• 0–5 years of sales experience in safety distribution, industrial distribution, or MRO.
• Proven track record of growing, managing, and maintaining a client base in metropolitan regions.
• Excellent communication, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategy to grow regional market share in the assigned territory.
• Meet established sales goals for the territory through new customer sales or expanding existing accounts.
• Actively prospect for new customers, establish buying cycles, and build customer-supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with National Accounts Manager to service existing locations in the region.
• Manage and provide service to all existing and newly established customers in the territory.
• Coordinate renewal activity, pricing, and service agreements to support after-sales service.
