Job summary

Lundbeck A/S, H in the United States is seeking a Multi-Specialty Area Sales Manager for the Midwest. The role leads a high-performing team across the Midwest territory including Saint Louis, Des Moines, Springfield and Peoria, with travel up to 70%.

A strong track record in pharmaceutical sales leadership and driving market strategies is essential. The ASM will develop area strategic direction, manage execution of marketing plans, and build relationships with key opinion leaders and providers

Qualifications

• External candidates: 3+ years sales management experience in Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceuticals, Biologics or related.
• Internal candidates: 1 year Commercial experience in Sales Management, Training, Market Access, Sales Operations, or Marketing or 2 years of consistent Lundbeck sales success.
• Documented track record of sales success and financial management.
• Demonstrated leadership with the ability to develop, train and provide feedback to a group of account managers.
• Must possess superior communication skills, both written and oral.
• Driving is an essential duty of this job; must have a valid driver’s license in good standing.
