Job summary

Lundbeck in the United States is seeking a Multi-Specialty Regional Business Director for the West Region to lead field-based Area Sales Manager and Account Manager teams, driving sales and promotion of Lundbeck products across the region. You will develop regional strategies, monitor performance, and ensure compliant execution with Lundbeck guidelines.

The role requires 5+ years of pharma sales management, BA/BS, strong leadership, analytics, and collaboration with marketing and market access

Qualifications

• BA/BS from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales leadership experience.
• Ability to lead a regional sales team and drive results.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes regional sales plans and revenue strategies.
• Monitors performance against KPIs and adjusts targets accordingly.
• Partners with alliance and market access teams for integrated plans.
• Leads budgeting and expense management for the region.
• Travels to engage key customers and drive regional execution.
