Pacaya HR Experts is seeking an Account Executive for Smart Mobility & Transportation Technology to lead Midwest regional growth. This remote role blends strategic sales with regional travel to build transformative public‑sector partnerships.

You will own the full sales cycle, collaborate with engineers and executives, and identify government opportunities, RFPs, and tenders. Frequent travel and a regional focus are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years selling ITS solutions to government customers.
• 2+ years of technical sales experience.
• Experience with government procurement processes, RFPs, and long sales cycles.
• Experience managing distributors and channel partners.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel approx. 50% within the region.

• Develop and execute a regional Midwest sales strategy to drive growth.
• Identify new opportunities and expand relationships with customers.

• Manage forecasts, pipeline development, and CRM activities.
