Job summary

Bath Concepts Industries, LLC, based in Omaha, NE, is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Midwest to expand the dealer network and manage key dealer relationships. Full training will be provided on our sales and business development methodology, and you will fully manage individual dealers to help their local dealerships prosper.

The role requires overnight travel and the ability to operate from a home office, with responsibility to recruit and develop dealers across the Midwest

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of in-home sales experience with home improvement products.
• Must live in the proposed territory/Midwest.
• B2B manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to work independently from a home office.
• Solid communication and presentation skills.
• Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Fully manage individual dealers in the Midwest territory and help their local dealerships prosper.
• Organize and conduct training with authorized dealers.
• Overnight travel is required (full travel paid including hotel, meals, car mileage, etc.).
