Job summary

Bath Concepts Industries, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Midwest to grow and manage the dealer network, expanding our presence across the region.

You will learn our sales and business development methodology (training provided), fully manage individual dealers, and help their local dealerships prosper through proactive support and coaching. Overnight travel is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of in-home sales experience with home improvement products (windows, siding, roofing, doors, etc.).
• Must live in the proposed territory/Midwest.
• Business-to-business manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Maintain a valid and clean driving record.
• Strong time management and communication/presentation skills.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Fully manage individual dealers in the Midwest territory and help their local dealerships prosper.
• Organize and conduct training with authorized dealers.
• Overnight travel is required with full travel paid (hotel, meals, car mileage, etc.).
