Bath Concepts Industries, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Midwest to manage and recruit dealers. The role involves overseeing dealer performance, conducting training, and traveling extensively to support the Midwest market.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of in-home sales experience in home improvement products and be willing to operate from a home office with full travel compensation provided.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of in-home sales experience with home improvement building products (windows, siding, roofing, doors, etc.).
• Must live in the proposed territory/Midwest.
• B2B manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Maintain a valid and clean driving record.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to work independently from a home office.
• Solid communication and presentation skills.
• Driver's License (Required).

Responsibilities

• Fully manage individual dealers in the Midwest territory and help their local dealerships prosper.
• Organize and conduct training with authorized dealers.
• Overnight travel is required (full travel paid including hotel, meals, car mileage, etc.).
